Tyrone came to me very quickly within the hour of my phone call, plus notifying me of updates of arrival. When he arrived, he went straight to the leak and stopped it quickly. Another thing I liked, was, he was able to give detailed explanations on plumbing.

I’d bought a replacement tap for our old / broken kitchen sink tap. The DIY job wasn’t as straightforward as I’d though so called in the professionals. Was definitely way more complex than just switching the taps. Job was great. He even came immediately back to fix an issue with the tap (but this was due to a fault with the product rather than the work). Would highly recommend.

Replacement of leaking kitchen tap
The job took less than one hour. The water pipes were in an awkward place to get to under the sink, behind a partition wall with a small hole in it. Tyrone was on time, got on with the job and left me very happy with a new kitchen tap. His work was very tidy. He has a great personality, is cheerful and polite. I have put his number in my phone book now as I know I have found a reliable, good plumber. I will definitely use his services again and I would not hesitate to recommend him to any of my friends, family and/or neighbours.

What a diamond guy he actually did more than asked for at no extra cost as he had to replace faulty shut off valve. Polite, fast, great work and tidy, cannot ask for anything else. Highly recommended.
