Tyrone came after another plumber had been and not sorted the problem. I am a deaf guy but Tyrone was patient and so helpful and didn’t try to just shout at me, as many do. He explained everything in a professional manner and was super polite. Unfortunately, solving the problem involved digging into a concrete floor so I didn’t go ahead with it as it is the landlord’s problem. Tyrone refused payment, as he was only able to advise rather than doing the job. If you are looking for a plumber then look no further. If you want a kind, knowledgeable plumber who won’t rip you off then Tyrone is your man.

Install new toilet waste Pan connector to stop leakage.
I contacted T&T Plumbing and Heating for installing new pan connector to stop the leak. I was offered quick fix on the same day, so appreciated quick reply. However when the work was done, I was informed by the tenants that it wasn’t done properly. Mr. T Tash advised that Toilet seat is loose and might be responsible for faulty Pan connector and leakage . Which I found very ambiguous!! When I requested him to explain the connection between toilet seat and faulty pan connector , Mr. T Tash was very rude” in his demeanour and said am I a plumber or are you and kept on interrupting me.

New stopcock valve fitted
Tyrone did a fantastic job fitting a new stopcock valve to replace the old one that had jammed. He came the same day I called, in the timeslot he said, was really quick to do the job and is super friendly. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him if you need a plumber.
