Out pipe replaced
Was super efficient, called in morning was fixed in a few hours. It was tricky to access the pipe so Tyrone had to go get ladder and come back but had no complaints. Also identified what I thought was leak was silicon based instead so reduced the charge from what was quoted. Completely adhered to social distancing measures as well. Would strongly recommend.

Unblock toilet, source and fix alternative flush mechanism to toilet with associated tiling
Tyrone was very responsive in attending to a blocked toilet over the weekend. He then sourced an alternative flush mechanism that would be easier for my mother to use, coordinating the work with a tiler to produce a high quality job. Courteous and friendly approach and would recommend him to others.
Bolier breakdown
We initially got T&T to come and look at the boiler because we kept losing pressure in the system. After their initial assessment, Tyronne suggested we contact Worcester Bosch to ask if we could have a service contract set up for the boiler, because of the work required. Even when Worcester Bosch advised their price, Tyronne actually recommended we use them instead of T&T because their price was cheaper for the work required – the whole boiler literally needed to be dismantled. To say I was amazed at Tyronne’s honesty and the service they provided. I will definitely be using them
Replaced lealing kitchen tap
Tyronne was very responsive to the initial request . On site he was efficient , personable and made sure the problem was rectified with the minimum of fuss . Would use again .

Leak in dishwasher drainage pipe fixed
Tyrone was available on short notice close to Christmas to solve a leak situation. Downstairs neighbours had reported leak through their ceiling which turned out to be due to a cracked drainage pipe from our dishwasher which backed up when run at the same time as the washing machine. Tyrone found the issue and repaired the shoddy pipework (installed by previous owners of the flat) quickly. He was very friendly and took the time to show me the pipework behind the two machines that had caused the problem. We’ll definitely call Tyrone again for any future plumbing issues.

Tyrone was very polite and his response time was impressive. He tidied up after he was done. I would definitely recommend him.
Leak in drains
Tyrone is outstanding!!!! He really is excellent. He explained everything to me as to why new parts were required and fitted the new parts perfectly. He even went out of his way to unblock my sink and bath which had been blocked for weeks for no extra charge. You can trust him to do a brilliant job every time. Cheers Tyrone!!!!
New Tap for Kitchen
A very friendly plumber, punctual and very tidy. On my initial contact,Tyrone advised me that I needed a new tap for my kitchen sink. He arrived and fitted it in no time at all. I also had an issue with my shower and he diagnosed the issue testing the shower pump, and the themostatic mixer. Found the mixer needed replacing and even advised me I could save some money by doing it myself as it was ‘so easy’. He showed me exactly what to do and when the spare part arrived I fitted it and its working fine. Thanks Tyrone. Would have no hesitation in recommending or using him again.

Tyrone was very professional, and called back almost immediately after posting job on site, requesting a plumber in my area. I was given good, clear advice over the phone and sent Tyrone internal and external photos of toilet so parts could be sourced in advance if needed. Tyrone gave an appointment time and turned up as agreed and completed the works to a very good standard. Tyrone also gave advice on future works I have planned, and was honest in regards to what services he could and couldn’t provide etc. Would definitely recommend using his services if you want a reliable Plumber.
