Tyrone advised from beginning to end on what I needed and how the work would take place. It was a pleasure to deal with this company and it was completely stress free. I’m very pleased with the end result and will definitely be using Tyrone in the future. He didn’t mind my dog either.

Tyron is a great honest plumber, that in itself is great asset. We went the extra mile and added in additional features that will make our life much easier if we were to have a leak. What that really shows is that he has a passion for his work and not someone who will just do the bare basics.

Very polite, he talked me through what he was doing and the reason why he had to purchase some extra bits, that he eventually didn’t even charge me for. He was thorough in his job making sure I was happy with everything. He tidied up after himself and took care of the disposal of the old basin. Very happy with the service, such an hard worker. Investigated and diagnosed water storage tank issue
Tyrone was extremely helpful in investigating back flow leak issue within a storage tank. He also contacted the manufacturers for further information as it’s now a discontinued model. He returned out of hours to check leak and recommended an engineer to fit a replacement tank. Very impressed with how helpful he was and will call on him for any future plumbing issues. Would highly recommend him.
Fitting new ball valve to toilet
Price agreed in advance. Arrived when he specified. Job took about 20 minutes. No leaks, everything works, no mess. Polite and amiable. I will certainly call him next time I need a plumber.

Plumber TYRONE was recommended by another Leaseholder in the apartment block. Discussed the problem , confirmed a price and sent a picture. He came the next morning and sorted out problem within half hour. Which was a relief, TYRONE was friendly, informative and polite. Gave a warranty for the parts. Definitely recommend him to friends and family.
