Great, honest guy (offered a discount as he was late), great workmanship replaced valves as requested without any push to upsell of any sort (and colour coded the valves to boot). He also explain which pipe controlled which output which I had no idea before.

Had a problem with installation of new washing machine. Checked reviews on this site and decided to go with this company. Tyrone was a pleasure to deal with, clearly experienced and knows his stuff. Not exactly the cheapest but professionalism was more important to me than price. Would definitely use him again.

Tyrone was so helpful. Unfortunately the job we booked him for in the end needed a builder due to the sink being fitted in a particular way. Although Tyrone could not do this he was so helpful and tried every way possible to help us. Tyrone did not charge us for his time and he spent a fair while with us trying out various ways he may be able to help us with the job. He gave us all the information we needed to inform a builder that we next contacted. Tyrone was so friendly, helpful and professional. You know he is committed to doing good work and helping you in which ever way he can.

Really helpful at setting up a timeslot that worked for both of us on short notice and turned up well in time. Did the job quickly and professionally. Tyrone did a quick and efficient job unblocking the toilet. I also asked for him to do an extra job which he also managed to get done within minutes. He really knows his stuff and he gave me advice/tips on how to avoid future problems which will save me a bit of money in the future. Tyrone’s a really friendly, genuine guy and I will definitely use his service again as it was 10/10.

He was busy so late but kept us informed of timing. Getting a quote was uncomplicated, he arrived clearly knowing what to do and did the job well (in our experience at least this is more remarkable than it sounds). It’s been over a week since installation and everything is working well.
