Tyrone is an extremely knowledgeable, professional guy. He is very personable, with honesty and integrity. He did more work than quoted and did not charge extra for this. The plumbing is very old and there were some unexpected problems, which he resolved with determination and ‘ can do’ attitude, which I really appreciated, and, moreover, he did not seek to charge extra for this. His attitude is really to solve the problems he is there for.

Emergency leak
Very happy with the service provided by T. Had a call from my tenant as there was water leaking, phoned T and was there within 25 minutes. The price quoted was the price paid even though the job turned out to be more than was anticipated. What I liked was even though it took longer, T still checked all pipework after and made sure the issue had been resolved.

Fitted a new power shower
Our old shower was obsolete and could not be repaired. He recommended two possible replacements. When the shower arrived he came and sorted out the pipework and marked the showers position. When the retiling and wiring were complete he returned and fitted the shower. We are very pleased with the end result. He is a very pleasant young man and reasonably priced.
